Nubian Heritage Polishing and Renewing Coconut and Papaya Bar Soap - 5 oz

This used to be my favorite: very strong beautiful Vanilla smell, rich lather with coconut husk pieces to gently exfoliate. Now it is sorely lacking in every category. Only the Haitian vetiver has an adequate aromatic fragrance.. It saddens me

I use to love this brand for this one reason and one reason only it cleared my Skin. No more high pigmentation. That is no longer the case with their New formula. It’s just Soap ! Hand soap ! I feel cheated and I want my money back. You can get hand soap anywhere. I am really big on skin care now that I am in my 30’s. Nubian Heritage you are a big disappointment.

I have been ordering and using this soap for years and it WAS absolutely the best; however recently this product has changed for the worst. Its fragrance is dull and it's not as creamy as before. Even the appearance has changed. Is this your original product or are there copycats. Hope this helps to restore your original product.

I love that this soap really cleans my skin, but make sure you use a moisturizer, whether you have oily or dry skin, because it snatches all the moisture out! I gave 3 stars because of this.

For the last 8 years, since I first tried this soap, it was the ONLY soap that I would use. I recommended it to friends and family, and couldn't have been happier. It used to have large pieces of vanilla bean pods, which added a great texture. The smell was amazing, very light and sweet. Furthermore, for the first time in my life my sensitive facial skin started responding well; no more breakouts or flaky skin. Last year, I ordered my usual large quantity of this soap and was so disappointed to find that they had changed their formula! I don't know what they are doing differently, or why, but I have 6 bars of this soap sitting on my shelf because I can't bring myself to use it up. Instead of the vanilla coconut smell I was so crazy about, the soap actually stinks now! It smells like raw shea butter.. not the worst but a huge drop from what it used to be. I don't trust that the smell is the only downside, and I no longer recommend this soap. Now I'm once again on the hunt for a good soap, and hope they will rectify this one day.

This used to be the best soap in the history of soaps. ALL of the soaps USED TO BE amazing. Now they are full of palm oil and other undesirable things. They feel different, they smell different, and it's such a bummer. I've been a loyal customer for years but that's all over now. :(

I cannot use regular bar soap due to allergies from ingredients. This soap is wonderful and it leaves my skin feeling nourished and moisturized in the dry Arizona climate.

I love the scent of this soap. It's very light. I have sensitive skin and I just felt like the coconut and papaya soap didn't work well for me. I've used it for several weeks and haven't seen any significant change in my tone or skin. In fact I've seen More pimples these past week that I have in a year. I like the Nubian heritage black soap better.
