Not gentle and damaging
Sad to report the ingredients in this are harsh and caused a reaction to my skin. I used to be obsessed with the body lotion for this line, but am very disappointed. My skin is still healing from using this for only a short amount of time, but hopefully the damage is reversible.

Slightly sweet earthy doesn’t make me itch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many years I struggled with itching from laundry soap body lotions shampoo and soaps finally found that method laundry soap smells great scent lasts doesn’t make me itch and Nubian heritage doesn’t make me itch. I love Vetiver it is a very calming scent and has spiritual effects. Vetiver is earthy my son likes the smell of the soap and is just trying the lotion to see if it helps his dermatitis from tide and synthetic scented soaps. Definitely a good scent for men my bf loves the scent also and for women who like earthy clean scents.

We want natural products with natural ingredients!
Ever since this company was bought out it has lost its value. Ingredients use to be so pure and natural because of these changes im disappointed and had to switch to products like shea olein and doctor woods which is sad because nubian heritage was my favorite brand. The customer base that you serve goes out there way and spends extra to have 100% natural products not a few natural Ingredients. That really needs to be addressed because im utterly disappointed

New ingredients break out skin.
I used this brand and scent to help keep my acne away then I bought a new bar that broke my skin out like crazy. The ingredients have changed and this is NOT the original formula. I will never use this brand again, not unless they go back to the original formula. They have added too many harmful ingredients to this and I don’t know why because the original was a miracle soap!

Not memorable
It’s 7+ weeks and I still do not have my soap. I bought some st Whole Foods and the formula had changed. The scents are different and the colours are changed. As a long time user I am disappointed and will not buy your product again.

Changed ingredients, now irritates my skin
I used this soap for three years to help keep my adult acne at bay. I have super sensitive skin and can't use commercial acne products, but this bar was a miracle worker. That is, until the ingredients changed. I picked up a new bar a few months ago and didn't pay much attention to the new packaging. My face has been a disaster, and I only just realized that the ingredients have changed. Totally not using this product anymore unless they bring back the old formula!

Nubian Heritage have best soap
I have tried almost all of the Nubian Heritage soaps and my self and my family could not be more then happy with them. Smell and the feel after is unexplainable: silky, smooth, spa like My grandson, 7 years old, when he stays over, he ask for this soap to use

Wait a miniute -- the ingredients have changed!
My new bar (in new packaging) states the ingredients as: Sodium palmate, sodium palm kernelate, water, glycerin (vegetable), fragrance, sodium chloride, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, aspalathus linearis leaf, organic cannabis sativa seed oil, tetrasodium EDTA, yellow 10, titanium dioxide, iron oxides, melia azadirachta seed oil, red 4, green 3, citric acid. I am so disappointed and will not put this on my skin.

Miracle worker for Little Bumps on arms!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of us get those little bumps on elbows or back of arms. Scratching, picking, creams even acne cream won't work. This does! I had it bad & now just a couple. Best it's ever looked! Surprised me! It took 2wks to see some results but 2nd bar, won't use anything else! No pics cause I didn't think to do them didn't think it would work. But it does for me. Leaves no dry skin, soft and clear for men/women, clean smell. Afterwards is when scented lotions are added. ;)

Relaxing scent, nourished skin, clean feeling
Not only does this products smell captivate ones imagination, the feeling on your skin is so healthy, clean and fresh. This soap does not dry our your skin or irritate sensitive areas. I highly recommend this company and all the soaps. Similar to this one is the olive and green tea which I adore.

My only soap
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried this I was hooked. I was looking for a soap that had an exfoliant factor. I noticed it had hemp , I figured it was the crushed seeds and was correct. It had the graininess, the smooth creaminess, and is all I ever wanted. As long as you all make this soap, I will be buying it.

Great Smell
This soap smells amazing! A fresh yet warm scent...if that makes any sense! Lathers a ton and leaves my skin feeling great! I love supporting companies that support the earth!
