    vitamin-dense formula

    better mood

    my boy loves taking his shake to school

    nathan is 9 and he insists on bringing his shake in a thermos every day. says it is his power drink after recess. i love that he is getting something nutritious and it makes him feel proud of taking care of himself.

    impressive flavor

    only if we could bake with this

    the only thing that would make this better is if it could be used in baking! i would love to add it to muffins or pancakes for a nutrition boost. for now, we are sticking with shakes, but fingers crossed, they will make a bake-friendly version someday!
