A: Hi Hasti! We'd like to let you know that we label for the 11 major allergens if milk is included in the product, we will directly label it in the allergen statement on box or package. While I really like these with regard to the flavor and texture, I can’t recommend these if you’re trying to keep your A1C low. I’m diabetic and my blood sugar spiked to 180 mg/dL.

A staple in my house
I've been eating one of these protein bars for breakfast, almost every single day, for around 8 years. I never get sick of the taste, it leaves me feeling full, and it's the best tasting flavor of protein bar I've ever had. It's best with lots of water as it's a dry, dense protein bar, but I consider this a bonus as it encourages me to hydrate in the morning as well.
