I want to love it
I LOVE this brand and it usually works amazing in my hair, but this particular product makes it greasy no matter how much (or little) I use. It’s like wherever it sprays it just sticks to my hair and never dissolves or dries like every other hair product does. Disappointing for me, because it smells good and I love everything else they make! The teal bottle heat protectant spray works great!

Might work, but too many issues
I was looking for a heat protectant that can be sprayed on dry hair without making it crunchy or sticky and in that regard, the spray works pretty well. If I spray really coat and protect my hair, it does leave a slightly greasy feeling residue. It also seems to make my hair frizzy? I’m not sure how that’s possible, but it seems to leave a greasy residue as well as dry it out a little. (see attached photo where you can see one side of my hair flat, where I did not use the heat protection, and the other side of my hair is frizzy and parched where I did use it.

I have more curly hair so I have to apply a lot of heat to my hair for it to straighten and there was slight heat damage not as bad when I don’t use it but definitely was their. It smelled really good not to strong of a small coming from the product.

Bring Back The Old Formula
Was a huge fan of the old formula! Used on dry hair with hot rollers and curls were prolific and long lasting. New formula is like spraying lotion on hair and curls come out heavy, limp and DO NOT LAST. So disappointed. Will not be purchasing again.

Dry hair and wet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think my favorite thing about using this product is that it can be used for both dry and wet hair. I use it with dry which you can see in the pic. I prefer it this way and it smells great and gives a nice sheen with the protection from heat! My hair does feel like it’s protected. I haven’t seen any fried ends.
