Love that it has olive oil in it instead of cheap soy. Just wish you would make a 2,000 iu one also Would also love a 5,000iu with k2.

Small, easy to swallow.

Although I am outside a lot, getting natural exposure to Vitamin D, and also take a supplement that has some D, my doctor wanted me to increase the milligrams due to my age, 76, and the benefits of sufficient D. However, one should not overdo a good thing...research what's appropriate for your age, outdoor activity level, and overall health.

Above normal VIT D test results.

I’m a mixed race (dark) pregnant woman, so I decided to go with Nordic naturals since I already love their Prenatal DHA. After one month of taking these, my midwives tested my VIT D levels and they came came on the higher end of normal, which is brilliant. I also live in Maine, so I haven’t seen the sun since August. Both my husband and I have noticed that our mood is a lot more optimistic than previous years, for around this time (winter). I plan to continue taking these even after pregnancy as I’m aware darker skinned people need them.

Great little vitamin

Love this vitamin! I am in need of vitamin D and this is great. It is so small that it is easy to take. I didn't have any side effects with it either. I take it with a meal and it is just fine. I also like the smell being citrus. It does not leave a taste in your mouth afterwards. I recommend!

Quality Product

I've been using Nordic naturals Vit.-D for a few years now and feel comfortable taking them. I don't have any side effects and believe they are necessary especially because I have been out in the sun very little. I will keep taking these.

Great vitamin

I’ve been given this to my grandson since he’s been one year old. I cut it in half for the first six months then after that he could chew a whole one. Vitamin D is such a great overall vitamin he’s really sick. And if he does get the sniffles it doesn’t last more than a couple days. He is 4 1/2 years old , mj
