This version is geared toward women & has evening primrose oil. Check out the supplement facts. This version is much lower in total omegas than the ultimate & the pills are smaller. I was giving my son the kids fish oil supplement and was excited to try for myself. There are no fish burps abd they are smaller than the traditional fish gel caps. Easyvti swallow and no scent!a I will definitely continue to use.

I have been wanting to try an omega vitamin because of all the great benefits it provides, but I have been weary because of the dreaded fish taste and smell. I can not stomach either. I am HAPPY to report I have not experienced any fish smell or taste! No upset stomach or reflux either. The pills are slightly larger but if taken with a full glass of water is no issue. I would happily recommend these.

    Bad shipping and service help

    Great product but the way it arrived and was handled was pretty disappointing. I reached out about it but never really got a response, box of both shipping and the actual product were damaged, but I had to do so much in order to get it returned that I just decided to keep the product unfortunately

    Great product

    I always like to have this on hand as it is very helpful when hot flashes and menopausal symptoms are acting up! It has never upset my stomach. It works to even me out and bring balance to my emotions. My skin appreciates it as well! I love the purity of Nordic ingredients, and want to thank you for a product that is safe to use. It makes a big difference in how I feel, and is an important product in my arsenal!
