Don't waste your money or time on this crappy product
I purchased this stool online and when I opened the box it turns out it didn't come with the hardware. The company made me pay $9 shipping and handling for the hardware because they said it had been too long since my order was placed. This is annoying, but fine, I guess it's my fault for procrastinating because I hate putting together furniture. The hardware arrives after a couple weeks and I put the stool together. The little white things that are supposed to cover the screws don't fit into it at all, but fine, I'll just have exposed screws, no big deal. Then, literally the first time I used the stool the dowel that holds the swinging step together cracked and broke when I stepped on it. So I contacted the company again, and now they want me to pay $3 for a new dowel and another S&H charge. I feel like I'm going to get that part and it's going to break too. This was an annoying experience that I wish I had avoided. Just don't bother.
