Newair 24" Wine Cooler, 46 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Refrigerator, Built-in Wine Fridge, Black Stainless Steel Mini Fridge, Reversible Door with Lock

Purchased in 2023. Worked ok for about 1.5 years then stopped cooling. I'm told it cannot be fixed. Who makes an appliance that can't be fixed? I see others had similar experience.

I initially loved this wine fridge, just the right size for under a small counter top area. Unfortunately after about 1.5 years (Bought in the summer of 2022), the refrigerator no longer cools. The fans work, lights work, front panel works, but the compressor new comes on. Unfortunate.

I like the size of this unit, as well as the quietness. It handles both large and regular size wine bottles. Elizabeth at customer service was very helpful in solving minor issues.

We like our white wines cooler than our reds, so having dual cool zones is perfect for us. The unit is very quiet considering its size, and we love the blue interior light too (we are University of Kentucky fans). We love that this unit can stand alone until we can get it set up underneath the counter.

This wine cooler fits so seamlessly into our decor! I love the modern deign. But the best part? I LOVE that the shelves fit oversized champagne and pinot bottles! Plus, the dual temperature zones is great for storing both our red wine and white wine.

We go this wine fridge last week and it is just wanted I was hoping for. Thanks to how it was designed you can use it as a built-in or stand-alone wine fridge. The fridge has 2 zones. The top zone is smaller and is designed for white wines that need a cooler temperature. You can set the temp between 40-50 degrees F. The bottom section is larger and is meant for your reds which are optimally chilled at a higher temperature. So you can set the temp between 50-66 degrees F. In the fridge, you will find a clear plastic cup. This is an optional feature. You fill the cup halfway with distilled water to add humidity to the fridge. I love that the wood shelves partially slide out. (if you want them to slide out further you need to make sure the door is fully open. I also love that the blue backlight on the fridge has 3 settings. High, low, and off. just press the lightbulb button on the control panel. Best of all the fridge is gorgeously sleek in its black stainless steel and it is super quiet and even energy efficient. If you are looking for a quality Wine cooler I highly recommend it. We also have their 177 beverage fridge which is built similarly but for cans and water bottles and it is still working amazing years later. We are glad to add this wine cooler to our home.

We purchased this wine refrigerator in December. It has a great, sleek design and was incredibly quiet. It keeps both red and white wines chilled to the proper temperature. Just recently it started making an unusual noise. We contacted customer service and dealt with Ingrid. The response time was amazing and she was great to deal with. The problem was resolved in just a few days. I can't say enough about Newair's customer service and product support.

I bought this wine fridge to replace the dishwasher that I had, the great thing about it is that is compact and holds 46 wine bottles, and black stainless steel is the best color for me, the only thing is that the lower zone Won't go below 50 degrees, so it doesn't feel as cold, but for red wine I guess is ok, also the unit was missing one of the shelves and the bottom grill was dented, we called new air and the representative Shanice was very helpful in getting the replacement parts, but I would recommend A ++++++. We bought this wine fridge online for a fraction of what our new home builder wanted to charge us to order and install a wine fridge. It fit beautifully in the space designed to accommodate it, and we've been enjoying its many features for about 8 months now, including the dual temperature zones, large capacity, and blue lighting inside that serves as a nice night light feature. We're experiencing a slight sensor issue, but the company has been great about working with us and sending a replacement part. In all, we are very satisfied with this purchase.

The first one that got installed didn't work. I contacted customer service and dealt with Ingrid Ruiz. She resolved my issue very quickly and I'm currently enjoying my new, working wine fridge.

This is one sleek looking wine fridge and I am excited to have a nice dual temp unit to store my wines since I love both reds and whites. While this is my first wine fridge, I can't wait to taste my wines at a perfect temp, since the whites had been "cooled" in the refrigerator and reds at "room temp". This is a game changer for sure! The size is a perfect fit in our soon to be remodeled walk in pantry. Thank you Newair for a wonderful product.

This has been a great unit for me. I wanted to downsize from a much larger unit that was costing alot of electricity. This unit is perfect for us with the dual zone temps. and my electric bill has come down about $40 per month. At that rate this unit will pay for itself before long. I am very happy with this unit.

I have owned this unit for over a year and love it! Quality is great and looks perfect in my dining room. Capacity and dual zones are exactly what I needed. Would 100% recommend this fridge.
