Waste of money
I had mine 3-4 years. Now broke. No way to fix it. It's a piece of junk for the high cost. I would definitely not recommend buying this. If you do make sure you get an extended warranty.

As others have stated, this unit does kick off a lot of noise as well as heat. I think maybe it should have had a fan below to disperse the heat out the bottom. I had to shield the countertop so it didnt heat up. The thermostat in my unit died within the first few months of use which is what causes the freeze over as someone else mentioned.. Fast forward a few years later now the unit is not cooling at all. Still waiting on support so I know what to do next. What I do know now though is the unit itself has some poor materials - the plastic board protecting the circui board is heat warping and the drip tray above the compressor literally disintegrated upon being touched. Unfortunately for me I have a matching wine cooler right next to it so I have to either repair this one or replace it with the same one or replace both at this point so everything matches. Its been a disappointment to say the least!

This Beverage Fridge Is Awesome!
I love how spacious it is and how I can fill it full with all of my beverages. Thanks to this Newair beverage refrigerator, I can store more stuff in my little refrigerator when I'm not having to put sodas, beer, or tea in it. I should also point out how fantastic the movable shelves are. I appreciate the modern look, and the addition of the black stainless steel has made my area look much more modern. Yes, it keeps your drinks cold, and the LED light is really great for making it easy to view your drinks. It's also a huge plus since you can put it wherever in your house or under a kitchen cabinet! We just LOVE IT, and we got it just in time for the Holidays!!

Doesnt Get Cold
These units look awesome however it does not make the beverages nearly cold enough, won't go lower than 36 need to be able to get closer to freezing. We've done a heat temp sensor on it and the coolers really hover around 40 on the coldest setting.

Customer service
Purchased a mini bar fridge from NewAir back in December. There was a bad part in the unit and the fan wouldn't come on. Customer service was quick to respond and replace the unit, great service!

Verdict is still out
This is a great looking fridge, and fits perfectly where I need it. The compressor was really loud, until it quit working altogether four days after we plugged it in. :-( However, I contacted customer service, and they have been very helpful. They are sending out a replacement part and hopefully it will be good as new and working again in no time!

Great customer service
So I bought this beverage machine to put in my new kitchen as a built in unit! Love the space in the unit as well as the light inside to see drinks The machine stopped working in December, so I did all the trouble shooting that I could and finally called customer service to help with someone to send out to repair this unit! Miguel in customer service was right on it, got all my information and now they are sending me a new unit! Thank u New Air

Ice build up on the back of the unit causing overheating
Several times ice has built up in the back of the unit causing overheating issues. Bottom vent on unit also gets fairly hot. Unit looks great though.

Beverage Cooler Fits Perfectly

A stylish cooler, easy to use.
This is a good looking cooler. So far it works great. Easy to put together and intuitive to utilize. I would give it 5 stars but the capacity really gets limited when you use bottles, especially large format bottles. But it is billed as a can cooler, so for sodas and beer that you can lay on it's side, it works great. If you want to read labels on a large bottle, you have to remove a shelf or three.

Love my new fridge!
I bought this refrigerator for a kitchen remodel and it looks and works great! It keeps my beverages cold and setting the temperature and lighting is easy. I was a little confused what to do with the clear 2" x 3" box. I contacted the company and the gentleman told me it is used to collect extra condensation and to place it on the bottom shelf toward the back. I am very happy with my purchase.

Leaked Freon everywhere after just 3 months!!
I bought this in NOV 2019 and by the end of FEB 2020 it had leaked freon everywhere and smelled up my entire kitchen. This product failure was very disappointing but the service to get it replaced was very quick and courteous. Was not happy having to pay $70 in shipping however. 3 months for a product to fail is unacceptable for a $700 unit. To have to pay $70 shipping to replace it that quickly is bad business.

Fantastic Fridge
This fridge nails exactly what a beer fridge needs to do to be deemed 'perfect' in my book. First off, it's beautiful. It looks great in my office, and the blue light is a great added touch. It's designed with the vent in the front so that it can be mounted under a cabinet if you're installing it in a bar or kitchen. The fridge didn't have any problem getting the temperature down ice cold to keep those beers ready, either - a problem that I've had with "nice looking" fridges in the past. I have plans to build some cabinets around this fridge because it's such a beautiful addition to the room. I'm in love with it already!

Useful and sleek
This can fridge became a welcome addition to the office collection of beverage coolers, but the NewAir 15" Built-in 96 Can Beverage Fridge quickly became my favorite because of its sleek design and how quickly it can get cans to the preset temperature. The lock becomes a convenient way to keep anyone out that shouldn't be in.The shelves are easily adjustable and the configuration is flexible. There is enough room for 12oz cans, 16oz cans, and some 375mL bottles of mead, too.
