Good looking wine fridge
Purchased for built in space in kitchen island. Looks great with the wood shelves and blue led light. Have to be intentional for placement of larger bottles like Pinot bottles or sparkling. Love the dual zone to keep at good serving temperature as we enjoy both red and white zones.

Don't buy this unit
This is a poorly made unit. The door does not align. There is no way to adjust the alignment. Customer service sucks. Almost all the resellers web site show that this model has a reversible door which is a misrepresentation by the manufacturer. Even though there are screw holes and screws on the left side of the frame (which means that the door can be mounted on the left side), yet there are no brackets available. May be because of the lock. Secondly, one has to open the door beyond the 90 degree angle to pull the shelves out. Means you need a lot of room on the side for the door to swing out. If you plan to put the unit towards a wall, you won't be able to open the door wide enough to pull the shelves out. Bad manufacturing and poor design. The shelves are cheap wooden racks. They are not on sliding rails. Please don't buy this or similar product from this mfr.

Great while it last not worth it
Unit is good but only while it last. No approved licenned repair compainied in Dallas Texa? Support line does not answer phone during designated hours of operation. If you dont mind a constant cycling of a compressor running go for it. It is an average cost unit look for something better

Already regretting purchase and I just got it yesterday
Had a new air wine fridge in my house when I bought it 5 years ago. It looked brand new, but was broken from day 1 (it never cooled below 60 degrees). That should have tipped me off. I finally got around to calling customer support and they said a repair was not possible, so they gave me a discount on a new one. I ordered a new one and when it arrived, I saw the door swings open the opposite way that I would like it. The instructions say you can reverse it, but the instructions are so vague that it seems unlikely they were written with any particular model in mind. I found a bunch of reviews online of other customers stating that it's not possible to reverse the door despite what the instructions say. I called customer support and they said I could email their customer service, and I might get a response back in THREE TO SIX MONTHS. OH, and you can't return the item if it's not in its original packaging, which is impossible if you've already opened it as the packaging MUST BE CUT to get the heavy contents out. So basically the return policy exists in theory only. I am getting the distinct impression that this company makes an inexpensive, unreliable product and has only the most skeleton of customer support teams. Not reassuring. Wishing I would have spent more to go with a real appliance company.

Broke After 1 Year
Stay away from this product. Compressor broke a few months after a year of use, conveniently right after the manufacturer's warranty expired. Newair would not replace the product, but customer service provided a 40% discount. Newair states the life expectancy of this unit is 3-5 years when most other refrigerators have a life expectancy of 10-13 years. Do yourself a favor and drop a grand on a brand that actually stands by their product quality and doesn't make their money through planned obsolescence.

I will never buy this brand again
We purchased this wine refrigerator a few years ago. It randomly stopped cooling. We called Newair and they told us the compressor died. They offered 30% off or a newer model. 1k for a wine refrigerator to last a couple years and but a new one?! Ridiculous. Don't waste your money and go with a reputable company!

Great for 18 months and it died
Initially I was very happy with the Newair 46 bottle dual zone wine cooler. But compressor stopped working 18 months later, of course warranty is 12 months

I need replacement shelves
I love this frig, it looks great in my kitchen. I have red wine stains on 3 shelves that won't come off. Why on earth don't you sell replacement shelves?

Nice wine cooler until your dog breaks the door glass
Purchased the wine cooler over a year ago and has been a great product. Recently the dog somehow broke the glass in the door so I contacted customer service at Newair and they were very helpful in replacing the door. Thought it was going to be a headache but Charles at customer service was very helpful in finding a replacement door for my wine cooler.

Best built in wine fridge
I bought this wine fridge a few years ago after researching what type to get. It has been great to hold all the wines i get from the multiple wine clubs my wife and I belong to. I will be purchasing another bigger New AIr wine fridge to accommodate our growing collection

Terrific Customer Service!
This is a great wine cooler. Holds all the wine we need and then some. The lighting effects are a neat add on and it stays super cool. The sound is reasonable and the build quality seems good. Highly recommended.

Do not buy
I loved this wine fridge at first…but then it died 5 months later. I reached out to customer support and was told I need a new pc board. Really?!? And then I was told I couldn't get the part for about 4 months. They also told me I can't get the pc board anywhere else. Piece of garbage, don't waste your money. I would have given zero stars but I had to give one to start the review.

Best wine fridge
This NewAir Wine Fridge is roomy and fits over three dozen bottles of my favorite wines with more room to spare. It cools so silently. You can barely hear it. Also it's so good looking with interior accent lighting. Also it's dual zone so I can separate my reds from whites. Love the quality of this fridge.

Was great
I liked my cooler very much but all of a sudden it seems to be collapsing to the right. As a result the door does not completely close so you get condensation. Next step is pull it out and probably replace. Not sure what the life span should be or if I can give to someone to rebuild.
