Highly disappointed

I was extremely excited about this purchase and trusted that this would be delivered carefully packaged and protected. However, upon arrival, my mirror was crushed to pieces by FedEx. I called customer service to see if they would be willing to offer a replacement, or anything for this large inconvenience, and they provided nothing. I've been a long time customer, and this experience has been one of the most disappointing with Target and their vendor. I can't say that I trust that delicate home decor is worth buying from this partnership when they don't value the customer. Not an apology, offer of replacement, or even a credit. Know that I don't often write reviews, so trust that this is my honest experience.
