It’s called a water gel formula, but it’s so water based that it just disappears when you blend it in. It’s so thin. I used to use this years ago and loved it. However it has changed, it’s changed for the worse. Once you get your brush or sponge and start blending and spreading, it disappears. And it really does feel like water.

Hydrating
One of my favorite go-to it is a very hydrating tint and helps my dry skin especially these colder days. Easily blended and definitely can be built up. I love that it sits smooth on my face and doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. It doesn’t rub on to my clothes either very great product definitely.

This foundation works well with my dry skin and leaves a natural glow. It is medium buildable coverage with a lightweight feel. It doesn't cling on to my dry patches and looks almost like natural skin. I only wish there were more shades to choose from. For the price, it's a really good foundation that works well on all skin types.

I have mature skin, so I was looking for something with light coverage and that was moisturizing and would not settle into my fine lines and wrinkles and this did a really good job. The price is also reasonable. It goes on easily and washes off easily. It was easy to find a color that matched my skin as well.

This product has a very comfortable packaging- I just love the see-through because I know exactly how much of the product I have left. The tint was hydrating, however, it did not blend that easily. It was a little difficult to find the shade that matched my undertone- almost everything was way too pink or yellow.

The foundation itself provided a decent base coverage. The main issue I encountered was with the shade range available. I'm specifically looking for a neutral porcelain shade, and unfortunately, it wasn't offered. The finish was dewy, which while not unpleasant, wasn't really my preferred look. Therefore, I wouldn't personally repurchase this product again.

She is well loved!! I use this as my day to day tint, it’s just enough coverage to hid any small blemishes I might be having. The packaging is similar to the flawless filter foundation, the applicator and twist top. It looks nice on your skin, almost glowy. It does smell extremely similar to other Neutrogena makeup products, no perfume-like scent. Will continue to use!
