Strong flavour and delicious finish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, Nespresso pods aren’t cheap, but they’re easily the most flavourful of any “pod” system and these ones didn’t disappoint! Easily as good as anything from a classic espresso maker. The flavour is rich and balanced without being bitter or pungent. The caffeine boost is good, but not overwhelming! You get a surprising amount of taste from such a tiny package. I also appreciate that these don’t take up too much space in storage.

My quick little treat each morning….

It’s Just Ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s just OK to me. It’s not my favorite taste of coffee. It has a very mild coffee taste so if you really, really like the taste of coffee, this doesn’t give that strong kick. I wouldn’t pick this particular flavor because it doesn’t give me a powerful coffee taste . The flavor itself is actually pretty good even though it is mild and subtle. It would be better if it was just bolder, but it is a good taste overall it’s just very mild so it just doesn’t give me the coffee satisfaction. It tastes more like a light roast than a dark roast. I think the espresso is really good if are somebody who likes to drink espresso plain just buy itself, but if you’re a person like me, who likes to make specialty drinks with espresso and milk, then I wouldn’t recommend this flavor because it’s not strong enough to hold its own with other ingredients added. Add milk dilutes the coffee flavor even more. I’ve also tried different milk to coffee ratios, and it pretty much always ends up tasting like it is drowning out the coffee flavor because the espresso is not powerful enough. The flavor profile itself is very good though it gives me like a honey graham cracker type of taste. I just wish that the flavor was bolder when you mix it to make specialty drinks.
