Great to drink right before bed to aid in restful sleep. The packets are very convenient so that you just use one each time so there is no need for measuring out a powder. Great ingredients such as Vitamin D3 and Ashwagandha help in feeling calm and relaxed.

I can also take control of how sweet this beverage is since I can add it to either 8 oz to 16 oz. It is easy to prepare in the single serve packets and a great way to increase my water intake. I will say that I do not notice any difference in my level of calmness during the day. I had it once at night and I slept very well. When I mix the product into water, it does tend to clump up into smaller powder bits that I have to squish with the back of a spoon.

I love the ingredients - ashwaganda, magnesium glycinate, and D3 are already favorite supplements of mine, so it's no surprise I like this. The little tubes are handy, travel-friendly and convenient as well. I would say the drink is a tad too sweet for me - I wish the flavor was a little more subtle, but the raspberry lemonade flavor is nice overall. I would say that it had a nice calming effect - very subtle, but an effect all the same. Would recommend.

I wasn’t a big fan of the aftertaste however the main component of the flavor actually really enjoyed. I use different measurements between 8 to 16 ounces throughout the days and I can’t really say I felt anything different. There was an underlying feeling of calm, but nothing that I could really pin and say that it was really this product. packaging was fine easy to open and the overall look is decent. However, this is more so a nice handout to have, but I wouldn’t necessarily say that I would go out and purchase this after trying it for a week.

I used this product after a day of physical exertion both times. The first time I used this before bedtime, I felt alert for 1 hour after drinking the powder in water. I enjoyed the blue coconut flavor and how easy the powder dissolves in water. After an hour, I felt extremely drowsy as if my body & mind were in slow motion and went to bed shortly after experiencing these symptoms. The next morning, I woke up with a headache and a few minutes of slightly blurred vision which is rare in my case. I waited a few days later before making the drink again, and had a glass before bed after a physically exhausting day. I had the same symptoms as the first night but the drowsiness was more extreme; I felt like I was being tranquilized and went right to bed. The next morning, my physical pain worsened and the room was spinning. I thought that the drink would soothe physical pain and relax my muscles after a long day, but did more to stun my body. I would think twice before using this product.
