He said they tasted good, were refreshing, and made him feel more hydrated. I also enjoyed the flavor and felt more energized and hydrated. I will definitely want to test out some more flavors. I would recommend.

As for the calming effect I would say it kind of worked. It didn’t give me the full effect but it did help me start to wind down.

The flavor was great and it was easy for me to use however, it just was not right for my body. After a few uses, I started getting migraines, which I’m pretty sure we’re triggered by the artificial sweeteners, so I had to stop use before finishing the product. The instructions were easy to follow in the smell wasn’t unpleasant. The product just didn’t work for me personally. The packets were small and easy to stick in your purse great for on the go. If you’re sensitive to artificial sweeteners or prone to headaches, I would recommend proceeding with caution. I think this product would work great for someone that doesn’t have those sensitivities, but sadly, it was a no for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so exciting finding a delicious instant drink that has all of the calming supplements that my psychiatrist already suggested I try. Sometimes you just don't want to take your capsules and tablets (or forget) and these little packets are a treat! They can be a little grainy and don't dissolve too quickly, but just keep stirring. The taste is great and there's no weird aftertaste with it being 0g of sugar. Try this when your nerves are worn thin for the day or you'd like a nice relaxing drink before bed.

So disgusting. Please just buy magnesium glycinate pills.

The flavor was interesting it was raspberry lemonade. I didn’t mind it, it was good had a little bit of an after taste but I was able to look paste it. I drank it cold. After drinking it, I did feel calmer I was able to fall asleep faster which was really go for me because I struggle at night. My mind races and so it’s a challenge for me. This product did help me. I would recommmend this.

The packaging is simple the colors really make this product stand out. I like the box tells you what the product does. I ove that Nello absorbs quickly and did not leave any residue beside. THhe texture was very smooth and enjoyable. This is now my go to drink when I just want to relax and take some time for my self.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These come individually packed and they can be mixed with 8-16 ounces of water. if I know I'm having a hectic day or if I'm going to work out I like to meet a packet in my travel cup and I'm good to go. They taste great, no artificial fruit or fake sweet taste. Ashwagandha works really well for me . Overall, this drink does give me a sense of calm and well-being and I will purchase it again.

I mix a packet into cold water, and the taste is pleasant — fruity and refreshing without being overly sweet.
