I wasn’t a big fan of the aftertaste however the main component of the flavor actually really enjoyed. I use different measurements between 8 to 16 ounces throughout the days and I can’t really say I felt anything different. There was an underlying feeling of calm, but nothing that I could really pin and say that it was really this product. packaging was fine easy to open and the overall look is decent. However, this is more so a nice handout to have, but I wouldn’t necessarily say that I would go out and purchase this after trying it for a week.

I had been feeling super anxious about getting everything and everyone ready to go and arriving on time. It was the perfect opportunity to give Supercalm a try! I finished the glass and grabbed a shower and started preparing and suddenly realized that I felt at peace. The stress I had been feeling had vanished! This has become my go-to solution to my usual constant anxiety. It works for me consistently and with no noticeable side effects. The ingredients are clean and it mixes easily into water with minimal sediment remaining in the bottom of the glass. The Blue Coconut flavor is delicious! This will be a staple for me now!

I used this product after a day of physical exertion both times. The first time I used this before bedtime, I felt alert for 1 hour after drinking the powder in water. I enjoyed the blue coconut flavor and how easy the powder dissolves in water. After an hour, I felt extremely drowsy as if my body & mind were in slow motion and went to bed shortly after experiencing these symptoms. The next morning, I woke up with a headache and a few minutes of slightly blurred vision which is rare in my case. I waited a few days later before making the drink again, and had a glass before bed after a physically exhausting day. I had the same symptoms as the first night but the drowsiness was more extreme; I felt like I was being tranquilized and went right to bed. The next morning, my physical pain worsened and the room was spinning. I thought that the drink would soothe physical pain and relax my muscles after a long day, but did more to stun my body. I would think twice before using this product.

Check with your doctor before trying. Not sure if it was from my hypothyroidism medication, my overall mental health meds or what- but a few days on this made me feel gross. My emotions felt out of control and my body felt tired and unwell. Taste was fine! Just not what Instagram ads were selling me.

I ended up mixing it with mineral water, and it honestly tasted like a soda. As far as effects go, I didn’t notice any changes in my mood or relaxation. I’ve taken magnesium, L-theanine, and ashwagandha separately before and did feel effects from those, but this drink didn’t make me feel more calm, sleepy, or energized. It could be that the magnesium dosage is just too low for me in this powdered form. I received this for free, so I can’t speak to the price, but for me it was more of a great tasting drink.

I have it a three stars because the powder doesn’t fully dissolve in the water the packaging says to add to cold water which I did but there’s always little clumps that don’t dissolve.

I didn’t think this was very gritty or artificial tasting. I have a hard time sleeping so I do take supplements such as L-Theanine and magnesium glycinate and vitamin D3 already. Make sure that any medications you are on are compatible with Ashwagandha. I’m sure these will help people who are starting on these type of supplements to relax. I didn’t really notice the longevity to be honest. I couldn’t find the price for a 10 pack box of this, but it seems to be on par price wise compared to other powdered electrolyte mixes. I would explore other varieties when they’re on special.
