TARGET GUEST SERVICE KEEPS them!!

Target in Brooksville Florida- guest service lady told us they ONLY sell it one per ADULT. Even though we had 2 kids with us. Like what!! Is this even legit? It’s not for adults it’s clearly for the kids. Do better Brooksville Florida!!
