Gaping Hole
This tree is the perfect height, width, and branch style I like. Unfortunately there is a huge hole in the tree with no branches. Nothing appears to be broken. It's just the way the tree is. I reached out to the company and they said they couldn't help me since I purchased through Target instead of directly through them. They also informed me that they have no replacement parts and that I'm essentially out of luck.
