Target Customer Service is Junk

Really disappointed in Target. Bike looked beautiful when it came in and I did my best to put it together. Was missing some small parts, but nothing that would effect the bike riding. Had some issues with the brakes, so I thought it was something I did when putting the bike together. I took it to the bike shop and they discovered it was a welding issue and something was else was bent. I had to pay $$ for damage that was not caused by me. I talked to Target to try to get some kind of partial refund with the cost of the bike or the work that went into at the bike shop. Was given nothing...so out of $$ for the bike (still ridable, but with issues) and the cost to try to get it fixed. They offered me a $10 giftcard...are you kidding me?!
