Same missing part as another reviewer

It came missing the stem, which connects the frame of the bike to the handlebars. There's no way to contact the manufacturer (no contact info in the user's manual). The only way Target will handle the missing part is to do a full refund and return.

Bought this bike is an early Christmas present for my daughter. When we opened the box and tried to put it together we found that we were missing a crucial piece of the bike. We do not have the attachment between the body of the bike and the handlebars.. kind of a crucial piece of the assembly for this product and for the cost there really shouldn't be anything
