Excellent Sleep Aid

I don't like taking high dosages of melatonin, so these are perfect. This product has been great at helping me to get to sleep and get back to sleep if I wake up too early. I only use it a few times a month, but when I need it, I really need it.

Best Back to Sleep solution

This product works! It helps you get to sleep within 15 minutes max. It is not habit forming and it does not give you any groggy feelings the next morning. I love it!

Falling asleep.

20 minutes before I turn off the lights I take my ‘Back to Sleep pill. 20-30 minutes later my eyes start closing and I fall asleep.

Totally Works!! Keep by Your Bedside!!

I can’t believe how well the Back to Sleep product works!! I’d been waking in the middle of the night and staying awake for 1-2 hours. Now, I dissolve this tab and am asleep within minutes. Keep by your bedside!

Best drug free sleep aid I've tried.

Great discovery, thanks Nature Made! I have trouble winding down after an active day so I use Back to Sleep both as a sleep inducer at the beginning of sleep time, and as a gentle sleep inducer if I wake night. The product doesn't leave any residual drugged feelings the next day. I have no fear of side effects such as sleep walking, hangovers or addiction.
