I made a sleepy mock tail with the Natural Vitality calm cherry magnesium powder, tart cherry juice and cherry limeade sparkling water. It’s the best! Not too sweet and helps get me relaxed before bedtime. The taste of the powder itself is really good, it’s lightly sweetened.

My only issue is that there was one of the inert ingredients has caused me severe cramps and nausea. if it weren't for that issue, I'd give this a perfect score. Keep in mind that everyone has a different reaction. I still recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personal thought the cherry flavor tasted ok and was fairly easy to mix. I'm personally not the biggest fan of supplements that are required to mix & drink but if i were going to drink a supplement this taste wasn't bad.. On the downside I never felt any difference. As for packaging it wouldn't be a deal breaker if I were to buy it but it would've been nice to have included a scoop with the necessary measurements. *My BIGGEST CONCERN that should be noted is the fact that I was sent both the Anti-Stress drink & gummies to test. I started by testing them both at the same time until I noticed the supplement facts stated the gummies contained a 79% daily value of magnesium & the drink contained a 77% daily value of magnesium. Which obviously well exceeds the daily value so Instantly continued with the gummies until they were gone then switched to the drink. After a couple weeks of gummies then the drink I still noticed no change. Tho the flavor was ok I could not say I would recommend these to a friend.

I also found that the directions were very vague. The directions to mix the powder in room temp water is helpful for people who are not familiar with powder drinks but I think further or more detailed directions would be more helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t get past the taste. It smelled wonderfully cherry, and i was even like, “Okay this isn’t that bad” when I took my first sip. But then came the aftertaste. Full disclosure- if things don’t taste good, I simply cannot. I prefer things in a pill form for this very reason. Liquid medicine, powdered supplements just don’t fly no matter how many times I try. If you are someone who use the things I just named with few problems, this is the supplement for you. I wasn’t horrible, but I am a gigantic baby and my face practically implodes when I encounter things like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the product tastes good in water. it fizzes when you first add it. once the fizz goes down, i use one of those milk frothers to mix it in. dissolves well. i think it may have given me stomach issues though. I've tried it about 4 times now and get the same issue each time. regarding calming, i didn't notice a difference.
