Haven't seen any changes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Natrol Alpha Lipoic Acid Capsules 300mg now for almost a month. I have read that this is supposed to help with breakdown Carbs and increase energy. Unfortunately I have not seen the effects on either since I started. My energy level actually seems lower than before. I am more sleepy. As for the breakdown of the carbs, I have noticed that I have been gaining weight since I have started the supplement. All in all I have not seen, or felt, the benefits of this supplement.

Alpha Lipoic Acid

I have read some information that may help you with alpha lipoic acid. If you feel itchiing with the 600 mg capsules, switch to the 300 mg. Take it on an empty stomach for maximum results, one in the morning at one mid or late afternoon, at least two hours away from a meal. Taking it in the late evening will not keep you awake.
