Left My Scalp so Dry and Flaky
I am someone who has always had a normal scalp with no dandruff. After using this product it left my scalp so dry and flaky. Sometimes I would scratch it and flakes would come flying off. I would rinse thoroughly, but was still left with a dry scalp. After stopping this conditioner my scalp is back to normal. I would not recommend this product.

Curly hairs best friend
My hair hasn’t been curly in years I honestly thought I just lost my curl with age but I was wrong this entire time!!! I’ve tried Biologe pureology etc at $28-40 dollars a bottle but I still reach for this over those … that should tell u a lot. I have medium thick hair white girl but with the shea aspect I think this would be good for black girls curls too just maybe a tad light but honestly just use more lol not for super fine hair unless u use a tiny bit and it’s super dry but honestly love this think it’s great for anyone needing hydration it’s marketed as strengthening. I don’t know how much I would agree to that part. I haven’t had any issues with strength with it so I guess that could be true but honestly, this is hydrating and it will bring back your natural hair pattern in my experience at least I’ve tried so many different things oils creams mask styling products you name it I bought it. This is by far might go to, and it’s not one that stops working after a while at least not for me in the car and I’ve been using it for like six months and I’m still on the same bottle and my hair is like medium length I use a decent amount of this each time HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WITHOUT ULTRA FINE BABY HAIR THIS IS W GSME CHANGER PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE IF ANYTHING WOULD LOVE THIS IN W LIGHT FLORAL OR CITRUS SCENT!!! But I have grown to like this scent more and even love their men’s sea salt and cedar wash I let my sons use it and it’s not overpowering after washing like it is when u first put it in a bath but sadly it brings out the scent of my body odor so I sparingly use it and enjoy the smell on my kids instead but great scent for the sea salt love it so much and excellent moisturizer in the shea butter cannot say enough this revived my hair completely between washes!!!

Wish it was fragrance free
This conditioner is fine so far! The fragrance is pleasant, but I really wish the product was fragrance free. I will note that I've never had a conditioner that makes my bathtub quite so slippery... As soon as I apply the conditioner, I'm slipping and sliding for the rest of my shower. I don't get it...it's not like I'm pouring it on the floor. No other conditioner has had this effect.

Yummy and creamy
This scent is unisex. My whole family uses this product. I feel it does a nice job conditioning, but not weighing down, my daughter's and my hair. I feel I had to use a little more conditioner than with some other products, but not to the point where I think we'll use up the bottles at too different of a rate.

Hair loss after using for more than a year
Used this till I experienced hair loss so much that i stopped using it altogether and switched back to my old cheap brand. Then my hair loss stopped. This native brand relies on cutesy fragrant False advertising. Smells great, feels clean, but is bad for your health. What a shameful scam. Please avoid this whole brand.

Formula Changed- Horrible!!!
Super disappointed, the formula has changed and they’ve now started adding terrible chemical/arfticial fragrance, and a lot of it. This shampoo used to be very mild smelling, now it’s a complete perfume bomb. Instant headache in the shower. If I can’t return it this is going straight in the trash.
