Rug quality was bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve purchased multiple rugs from your site in the past and have generally been very happy, but this particular rug was deeply disappointing. While the rug is extremely thin—something that could be addressed with a rug pad purchased from your site—the far more serious issue is that it sheds sharp, needle-like fibers. These appear to be part of the rug’s woven construction.Several of these sharp fibers came loose and caused significant pain to my children. I was able to remove some of them with tweezers. After confirming that the rug was the source, we immediately disposed of it for safety reasons.The rug is pretty but not worth it.

Cute but prickly

Not worth the price!

This rug price is not worth the quality in my opinion. There were parts of the rug that were not supposed to be exposed and were, and lots of plastic pieces keep coming out of it and if you step on the in a certain way they hurt your feet!!
