I love the flavor of this gluten free pancake a waffle mix.It also has good texture and rise. I add pecans to give a little crutch and it’s delicious.

Okay for Gluten Free, but not great

The pancakes were good for gluten free, but maybe a bit rubbery compared to some other GF mixes I have used. Also just a bit lacking in flavor. I will use up the rest of the mix, but probably won't buy it again.

Great Gluten Free Waffles

I've never used it for pancakes but the waffles are great! You will never know its gluten free by tasting it. I add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to make them out-of-this-world, great tasting waffles. A family favorite.

The Best!

This is the best gluten free pancake mix I have ever tried. I wont be going back to anything else. Best taste, not gritty, easy to mix. I just love it. Plus it comes from my hometown which I think is pretty awesome.

Wow!

This stuff is wonderful. Each package contains two mixes. Each mix makes 6 Belgian waffles. They taste wonderful and do not stick two a lightly-oiled waffle iron. I like how crispy they come out. Even my husband, who is not avoiding gluten, loves them.

Even better than Gluten!

This brand of pancake mix tastes great..even better than regular gluten pancakes. I've tried another brand and could barely get them down. Advice: follow directions and you will be in for a treat.

Fantastic product!

I was so excited to find a pancake mix that was not only gluten free, but also GMO free. I also like that there are no added sugars. The taste is fabulous and as with most products, Swanson prices cannot be beat
