My go to breakfast
This is my go to breakfast during the non-summer months here in Arizona. Works great as a "microwave bowl" too when you are in a rush. For a treat drop a couple real bluberries in it. Very easy on the stomach. No issues having it 60 mins prior to a ride.

Delicious pancakes but low on blueberry flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kodiak Cakes Blueberry Power Cakes mix made absolutely delicious pancakes but had shockingly very little blueberry flavor. Despite this, I would not hesitate to purchase this mix on a regular basis due to how healthy and great tasting the pancakes I made with it were. I did use a pancake pan to cook and shape them as I made the batter a little too thin which still resulted in soft fluffy pancakes.

Yum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were surprisingly better than I expected. Usually with protein added to anything you taste an aftertaste. I do not find that with these. I chose to make pancakes and I used milk instead of water and they came out pretty fluffy and tasted good too! The batter was not gritty and they cooked pretty fast, as I made them on my 30 minute lunch break. I personally would add a hint of vanilla to it next time but that’s just me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kodiak Blueberry Cake mix is delicious and healthy. I decided to create waffles in my tiny one waffle maker. The arome is good and so is the taste. I used fresh blueberries and maple syrup. The package is fresh and can be stored. Liked them
