My son has very very sensitive skin and this no rinse cleanser doesn’t bother him at all!! We used to use water wipes to clean his face, now we only use this. The squirt spout leaks a bit, otherwise great.

I don’t recommend ordering this item for delivery, I received a completely empty bottle! Now I see another reviewer had the same issue with this product.

Like that it's not irritating- have been using for my newborn since I brought her home from the hospital. At first I used it with a warm washcloth until her umbilical stump fell off. Now I use it for poopy diaper changes to clean her delicate areas as well as gently wiping her face as needed. Very good for her sensitive skin and has not irritated her. It's a little pricey but worth every penny.

My baby developed acne around 1-2 months. This cleared it right up. It's very gentle and great to use as a long time product since it's a no mess cleanser. I'm an esthetician and I definitely approve of the formulation and ingredients!

I bought this for my newest grandson who has already developed baby acne and within one day it was almost completely gone! This is a great product but so far I have only been able to find onling, but it was worth the wait for his delicate skin. It is more expensive than other baby products that claim to work, but this is hands down worth every penny!!

this item really helped my little one with his acne, you have to be consistent of course to see results but it did work

I've been using this on my son since he was born. He has very sensitive skin with mild eczema, and this doesn't irritate his skin. He also never experienced baby acne or milia, except the one time I ran out of this stuff! I use it on his face at least once a day. It's also super handy for quick cleanups after meals now that he eats solids!

its a bit pricey but i like it! helped with baby acne but i do have to use moisturizer after or she gets a little dry.

This stuff is so nice to have around! Cleans baby up easy peasy, I’ve used it all over their body and it smells good and doesn’t dry them out. Very nice product.

We love this stuff. I’ve been using Mustela cleansing water (we used to get the fragranced one until I discover this one) for our last two kids and I wish I would have known about it for our first 3 kids! It makes the stuck on food/poop/etc slide right off the skin. I can usually easily clean up a poopy diaper with just one wipe if I add a squirt of this. I put some in a spray bottle for diaper changes or a quick clean up when we don’t have time to give the kids a bath. A little goes a long way. It saves on time and water and my kiddo with sensitive skin has no issue with it. I also checked the fragrance free one on EWG and it had a score of 1!

I wanted to love this product based off all the amazing reviews but broke my baby out in a bright red rash almost immediately after using it. It was nice packaging and easy to use, but not suitable for my baby's sensitive skin.

My son had redness on his face after I used it. I tried it on my face too and I felt pinches here and there, especially around eyes. Not good. The smell is horrible too. I used it on my son’s face, then my husband came in and said “what happened to him? He smells like pee”. And that was the smell of this water. Plus One star because the skin was soft when the redness disappear.

I really wish it came in a spray bottle rather than a pump. The bottle finishes so fast when pumping out literal water for bigger areas

Helped the baby acne

Great for easy cleanup without having to rinse off.

Absolutely love it use it on my daughters face, neck and bottom. Clears up rashes baby acne and eczema.

My baby had moderate to severe baby acne all over his face. When it caused his eyelids to swell that’s when I searched online for a clean and healthy remedy. I read reviews and info on different products and landed on this one. I could tell he has sensitive skin so I bought this formula instead of the other. I bathe my baby’s face, head and neck where milk collects daily. It keeps him fresh and clean and keeps away nasty neck yeast infections from milk sitting in the folds of the skin. Just remember to dry the neck area thoroughly after washing with the micellar water. I just use a baby washcloth to apply the water and then another to dry. I also use this water to remove any stuck on diaper cream or poop that the baby wipes can’t get well. This product, in my opinion is a necessary step in curing diaper rash. Now as far as my baby’s acne goes, this product was a necessary step in curing it. His acne is literally gone and we’ve been using this product in conjunction with 2 other creams and it not only 100% cleared up his baby acne but it cleared his cradle cap as well. Like reversed it. I didn’t even have to comb out any pieces from his hair it just made it disappear. Now I continue to use the products for maintenance and his skin is smooth, supple and buttery. The creams I used were the Emollient face cream and the sensitive face cream. At first I mixed the two creams together after washing with the micellar water and drying and I would just lather his head and face with the cream (yes you can put this on eyelids *carefully*). Then once the acne and cradle cap cleared up now I just use the sensitive face cream on his face after washing and drying with micellar water and I use the emollient cream on his head to keep the cradle cap away. This is all in addition to a regular bath every 3 days with a mild sensitive soap and you guys I just can’t get over his skin it’s so beautiful. It might be worth noting that my baby is mixed so his skin can tend to get a little more dry because of how soft and buttery it is and it needs lots of moisture.

Easy to use pump and liquid helps keep things clean. Happy with it so far.
