Good mount for my computers
Instructions were not for a 2 monitor system. Some of the arms were difficult to adjust and get just right.

Worked Perfect on a side wall to my desk!
Most pictures show the dual arm on a wall forward facing the desk. I was concerned if this would work since my mounting wall was on the side of my desk. It worked perfect!! On one arm I did not attach the smaller section. It's extremely sturdy and very adjustable.

Good, but wish I could of placed them farther back....
Wall mounted my 2 27in Asus Monitors with this system. Works well, was very easy to install. Mounted to a stud in the wall for best results. My only problem is how close the monitors had to be pulled out to be side by side. Had to remove the 2nd arms to achieve this look. When I had all the arm extenders on the 2 monitors would not touch side to side.

Rating 4 out of 5 simply because I haven't had this very long and in the middle of remodeling office, so it is not set up. However, I have examined it closely and it appears to be of very good quality. I am thrilled about all of the options for how you can position the monitors. So far, so good!

Excellent mount, but be aware of positioning limitations.
Excellent quality. I agree with other reviewers that the provided mount screws are entirely insufficient for the job, but that is my only complaint. Operationally, it works exactly as it should and is, in fact, more stable than I thought it would be. The quick release at all joints is incredibly helpful and a nice touch. Now the one downside, which is entirely my fault as I simply did not consider it when I ordered the mount. The unit uses a single wall mount, with two fixed (the pivot left/right, but not up/down) followed by two spring tension arms that do adjust up/down. If you want to mount flat against the wall then the closest center to center measurement you can get is over 30". In my case I have a 27" monitor on one side and a 21" on the other and with the lower arms against the wall, the upper arms in their full upright position and the monitors tilted inwards slightly, the gap between the monitors is over 6" The only way to get them closer together would be to swing the lower arms inward, but that gets them to close to me. Again, this is NOT a problem of the mount. It works exactly as it should. It's a problem with my ability to fully understand how it would work once I had my monitors attached. Overall, I am getting used to the gap (it's also an excuse to get another 27" monitor :) ) but am otherwise extremely happy with the mount. As an aside, given the release mount joints are all the same I'm thinking if I could get two more 'spring tension' arms to use as lower arms then I could raise them and bring the monitors together. It's a shame, given the product ships in separate boxes for each piece, that this isn't an order option.

A HUGE hearty recommendation
An incredible unit once assembled, but upon arrival it looked like a jigsaw puzzle, each arm/piece individually boxed, making me wonder if I got the wrong order. Once each box was opened the process to assemble could not have been more intuitive and proved itself to be a really well engineered modular system (even if I did not trust the screws and provided my own to hang it on the wall). Imagine I could pick up the individual piece if I ever wanted to convert and clamp it to a desk top. Performs as expected, hanging two 24" monitors; tensioning system works like a charm. Cables are securely managed by the arms for clean appearance. Not as flat against the wall with monitors as I would like, but not sure the perfect solution exists. This came lot closer than I would have thought. Again, don't freak out when the package arrives with seven individual boxes; engineered modular system does a great job.

Be sure to secure the mount to studs!
This product does as advertised, but a word of warning. This product cannot be anchored in sheet rock alone and be expected to support the weight of the mount plus two monitors. The mount must be secured with large screws to a stud within the wall. The sheet rock anchors that shipped with the mount are ridiculous. I installed anchors 3 times the size in sheet rock only and the weight was still too great for the small two hole footprint of the mount. Other than the mounting problems, the quality of the mount itself is outstanding.

Work well, be forewarned these things are heavy and once you add monitors to it you can be looking at an extremely heavy set up. I have used 4 of these in my facility and love them. There is a problem with the monitors being too far apart if you sit kinda close to them but if your remove the first joint they work really well.

Easy Mounting and Perfect Fit
This arm was perfect. I put (2) 19" monitors on it. Very easy to install. The torsion was perfect. What I like about this product was the easy clips that were used to put the arms on. This whole product is 5 stars in my book. Will buy this product again. Thanks for making a solid product.
