    Good for the most part

    The vertical tilt adjustment does not hold up well for heavier monitors (14.5 lbs). You have to tighten it extremely hard for it to even remotely stay in place. Other than that, great product for the price.

    excellent product. super heavy duty parts. adjustable tension worked well with my quite large monitor, once I figured out that it's counterclockwise to make it more firm!

    Great value for money.

    Works well, I would recommend. Only issue is that the movement at the pivot points is tight and cannot be adjusted, but this is minor as can go up and down easily. Overall value is great.

    Easy as it can get. Had some issue with adjusting the correct tension to weight ratio of the moniter but once I cranked it down it was good to go. Actually have a desk now...

    Worked beautifully on my Dell 27" monitor for a couple years until I upgraded recently to a Monoprice 34" ultrawide monitor. The arms have enough strength hold up the new monitor at any height, but the screw that adjusts tilt is not strong enough to keep the monitor's head from sagging. Another reviewer had the same issue with a 34" monitor. I'm going to need to use the monitor stand or replace this arm with something more heavy duty. :(

    Good, but not great.

    Did lots of research on finding a good budget friendly arm for my first stand up desk home set up and while I like the Monoprice Adjustable Gas Spring Desk Mount, I just don't love it. The flaw. It's such a pain to get adjusted. I'm hoping that I will get it figured out, but I just can't seem to get the tension on the tilt correctly.

    Works for more than 34"

    Works great! After doing some calculating I used this to mount a 40" Vizio TV on his desk. No problems at all. Did have to buy an adapter plate but still was under the weight limit.

    The joint that keeps the monitor pointed at the angle you set was too weak. I tightened it as much as I could, but the monitor kept tilting down. It was a 32" monitor that weighed 14 lbs, so it's within the specs this desk mount purports to support. I had to return it. Kudos to monoprice for refunding me, but I cannot recommend this product itself.

    Good mount, it works well with the 34 and 35 inch monitors ors from Monoprice.

    Very good mount, just be advised that you may have to tighten the upper arms Allen head to tension the spring so that it supports the monitor. The instructions don't really make this clear. When turning off the monitor or using the menu buttons the monitor will rotate a bit. Not really an issue but it might annoy some.

    Great except for one thing

    This stand is perfect and high quality in every way except one thing, the adjustable part of the arm where you can change the angle of your monitor can't hold the weight of my monitor despite it being under the 19.8lbs weight limit. It slowly slides downwards throughout the day and I have to constantly adjust it to keep it level. I have it tightened all the way as well.

    We use this for our Samsung 34-Inch SJ55W Ultrawide monitor. Well packaged. Set up was easy. Would have appreciated a little more detail on how to fine-tune tension but that was easy to figure out.

    One of the best, most flexible monitor arms I have ever owned

    I've used a lot of cheaper monitor arms before, but the quality and configuration options of this arm far outpace the competition for the price. I'm using four of them and cannot recommend them highly enough!
