Bought this adapter so that I could run one cable on my new Dual Monitor Adjustable Gas Spring Desk Mount. The length on the individual cables are inadequate and it is a tight squeeze. I had to use a small extension cable so that when my powered desk legs were up in the standing position it was not pulling out of the UPS on the floor.

Works great if you need to connect two lamps or night stands on each site of the bed or if you have two lamps at each end of a sofa in your living room. One plus is that uses 3 prong plugs. This makes the item hard to find in other stores.

The cord is as advertised. Good option to have to tidy up multiple chords going in the same vicinity as servers, monitors, etc.
