Q: How do you remove the safety cover?
A: Those three little things that slide back and forth (two on one side and one on the other) pop them out with a screwdriver, butter knife, or whatever you can get your hands on. They pop out super easy. Yes, you will be able to plug your things into it, even if it looks questionable.
submitted bySaraK - 7 months agoA: Hello - The outlet cover you’re referring to is not designed to be removed. It’s a sliding cover that serves as a built-in safety feature. To access the outlet, place your fingernail or a plug prong into one of the grooves on the cover’s surface and slide it to the side. This will reveal the two prong holes, allowing you to plug in your device while keeping the cover intact, just shifted to expose the outlet. I hope this helps - Stanley.

Q: Can you use this cord for a portable heater?
A: Hi CJ, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately the answer to your question is no. You should never plug in a heater into this cord, it is recommended to just plug straight into a wall outlet. The reason is that the cord can become very hot due to the high wattage being pulled from the heater. Thanks for asking! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Team at support@ttinno.com. Thanks for choosing us, and have a happy New Year!
