This was a very small order for a replacement cord for a power adapter. The cord appears to be of high quality, and it was delivered quickly. It is exactly what I needed. This is as it should but often is not in today's world. I will use Monoprice again.

I received in a timely fashion but where not the cord I thought , I was ordering short extension cords of 2 different sizes , 2 cords where what I asked for but these 2 look like good cords just not what I was needing

it would be nice if there was a larger-gauge option (14 or 16 AWG), as well as higher-quality construction. Cords for higher-end laptop power supplies tend to have a better cover, better plastic for plugs, and are likely to last longer. This cord feels a little chintzy compared to what originally came with the laptop I got this for. But at this price, maybe that's asking too much, and fact is, assuming it will handle the 10A it's rated at (good for 960W continuous current, peak of 1200W), it should be plenty for any laptop, and most other types of computer hardware. If it does wear out in four or five years, it's cheap enough to just buy another one without concern. And what do I know? Maybe the durability is fine, and it's just the "feel" that I don't like. Might not want to use it to connect your bitcoin mining rig to the wall though.
