Great solution where HDMI doesn't cut it

Works with my 2013 15" MacBook Pro at what seems to be 60 Hz. YMMV but this one saved the day when trying to use old laptop with new 4K display. HDMI could only do 30 Hz

I am able to get 1440p/120hz using this cable no problem. Hooked up a 2015 MacbookPro using Thunderbolt2 to a 1440P monitor with DisplayPort-in.

Great cable at a low price

Works as expected and at a great price! I have it connected to a late 2011 MacBook Pro/ Dell UltraSharp 27 USB-C Monitor - U2719DC. Monoprice has always been consistent in quality and low price. Will be buying again in future from them!

monoprice is the place for cables!

Worked great connecting my Macbook thunderbolt/usb-c port to a displayport monitor. Cost much less than comparable cables on Amazon or at the Apple store. Monoprice rules for cables!

Works great with Mac Pro 2013

Going from Mac Pro 2013 to a DCI 4K LG monitor - cable works great. With any flicker issues, it's usually the Mac Pro Tbolt port that's hot - just switch ports when it happens.

Good Quality cable, at a good price.

I bought a (very nice) 4k monitor from “a big online, 2nd day” outfit which is popular fir so many things. So I get their branded “essentials” cable to go with it. Finicky connections - simply adjusting height of monitor would cut out connection. Got tired of giggling it incessantly. I should have just gotten cables from Monoprice to begin with. Not a single problem in use. As I’d expect.

I can’t say too little about this cable, which is good.

Not much to say here... and when it comes to cables, that’s a good thing. Sturdy, and works great, and it’s inexpensive. All things Monoproce is known for.

Excellent alternative to HDMI if you need to want to use 2 ports out of your GPU

Worked perfect for the mini displayport out of my EVGA 1080 ti to connect to the regular displayport on my HTC Vive instead of having to use HDMI. Nice crisp picture and sound as well A++++++
