He has trouble falling asleep sometimes on school nights. After he takes them he falls asleep within 30 minutes and is well rested.

My daughter has occasional Sleepless and restless nights and having an option to ensure she gets enough rest is Paramount. She has used this product a few times so far with great results. She takes it and within 30 minutes is out. There is no next day grogginess either. I don't have a problem waking her up in the morning. It's great to have options to treat the sleepless and restlessness. I appreciate that this contains magnesium although magnesium oxide is not the most bioavailable form as a magnesium glycinate will do more for relaxation but this also contains a bedtime Bliss blend which includes organic chamomile passion flower and lemon balm at 6 mg total to help with the relaxation. The Melatonin dose is at 1 mg which should be kept low for kids. This does not contain sugar or any other drugs and it's free from the top eight allergens. Also this has a natural grape flavor being a chewable tablet. Highly recommend two thumbs up! This is a great brand!

I gave it to her and she actually said it tasted.ok. it worked in getting her to sleep at a fair time.
