False measurements! Crap couch!

This couch is garbage! It does match the measurements on target’s website. It constantly moves apart if you change your position on it because nothing holds each section together. When you lean back you almost fall over the couch because it is insanely short. If you sit on the armrest, back, or too close to the front of the couch, you will fall off. There is really only one spot you can sit on this without having to hold yourself up. DO NOT BUY! I contacted Target and all they say is return it. Well, it came vacuum packed in 2 boxes. It is not a full couch. How am I suppose to return this thing without renting a moving truck!? Their response…pack it up in a box and ups will pick it up. Come on! A full couch in boxes that is no longer vacuum packed. Target also said they would have the company reach out…it’s been a month+ since then and I haven’t heard anything from the company. In the photos below you’ll see how it came (vacuumed packed), time showing the measurement (a month after unpacking it), and the measurements from target’s website. Notice on the website photo the 31.5” height on the left. Now notice the measurements on my photo (about 24.5”). It’s the exact same spot but two very different measurements. 7” of backrest gone.
