This couch is hard, not cozy, and you can feel the springs when you sit. Also the cushions don't seem to fit. They hang over the front of the couch by about 3 inches.

The cushions are intentionally designed to extend slightly beyond the front of the couch—this detail is reflected in our product images, which aims to enhance seating comfort. Regarding the firmness and the sensation of springs: our couch cushions are filled with foam, which is compressed during shipping. This compression can make the cushions feel firm and less cozy initially. We recommend allowing the couch to rest for a period of time in a well-ventilated area, and gently patting or fluffing the cushions. This will help the foam fully expand and regain its softness, significantly improving the seating experience.
