Q: Is there actually any difference between the night time and regular millie moon diapers? The patterns on the diaper are exactly the same. The absorbency doesn't seem to be any better.

I think these do help. My son sleeps 12-13 hours per night and these keep him mostly dry. He will occasionally be a little damp around his belly where his pants and shirt meet but he drinks plenty of water and 13 hours is a pretty long time so I’m not mad at the diaper. We buy them every month.
