Midol Long Lasting Relief Menstrual Pain Relief Caplets with Acetaminophen offer an extended release, caffeine and aspirin-free alternative for PMS and menstrual pain relief to help you feel your best and stay active during your period. This extended-release pain reliever with acetaminophen tackles menstrual symptoms such as period cramp pain, providing headache and PMS pain relief for up to eight hours. When pain from premenstrual symptoms start, take to help ease discomfort. Available in caplet form, Midol Long Lasting Relief is easy to take and safe for adults and children 12 years and older when used as directed. Take two caplets with water every 8hours, but do not take more than six caplets in 24 hours. Always read and follow labeled directions.

Uses

Muscular aches, backache, minor pain of arthritis, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps, headache, the common cold

Allergy Alert: Acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions. Symptoms may include

Do not use

Do not use : with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist.,if you are allergic to acetaminophen or any of the inactive ingredients in this product.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Stop use and ask a doctor if : pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days,fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days,new symptoms occur,redness or swelling is present,These could be signs of a serious condition.

Directions

Do not take more than directed (see overdose warning).

Adults and Children 12 Years and Over

Take 2 caplets every 8 hours with water. Swallow whole; do not crush, chew, split or dissolve. Do not take more than 6 caplets in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.

Children Under 12 Years

Do not use.

Other information

Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Do not use if printed foil under cap is broken or missing. FDA approved dissolution specification differs from the USP dissolution specification.

Long flights, no problem

Cute, you decided to show up on a day I have a flight (my inner voice talking to my period). How do I get through this 12 hour flight is the question? Oh yeah, I have midol long lasting. Proceeds to enjoy the snacks, drinks and pain free.

Best menstrual pain reliever!!!

There is only one medication that even stands a chance against my menstrual cramps and that is Midol long lasting strength!!! My husband always comes home with a bottle for me around that time. I haven't been able to find any other pain reliever that actually works for me around that time of the month. It takes away the pain of my cramps while giving me the boost that I need. I swear by this stuff!!!

No scent. Packaging is nice. Works like a charm. My daughters both love this as well. They use this most definitely during thier cycle. And its the only thing that works for us.

Works but not for everything

The pain medicine is very helpful with menstruation cramps. However, it does not seem o relieve all other pains associated with periods (like radiating pain, muscle pains, etc). Therefore, this is not always my go to medicine for period pain. The package is easy to open and the pills are easy for me to swallow.

It’s so worth it. They really work for the most stubborn of period cramps. If I’m cramping before bed, it usually last until the night, getting worse and worse. Taking these before bed helps me not wake up to those stubborn painful cramps

It's just tylenol.

I purchased this type of midol 2 weeks ago and assumed it was regular midol that also helped with bloating. To my surprise it is just acetaminophen. That's it. What a disappointment to pay so much for a product to know I already had tylenol at home. I feel gaslighted.

Not what it used to be

I got 0 relief, it was like I took nothing at all. I haven’t had issues mad years so. So I bought what used to work. This was a sad disappointment and it was bedtime so I was just miserable.

This are way better than the original ones because these have no caffeine and they work so fast and for a good while. They are a good price for a good product. it’s a lot safer than taking ones with caffeine

Super effective

This product has helped me so much with period cramps during classes! I have zero side effects and no dizziness, also the long lasting pain relief is so satisfying knowing that I don’t have to re-take pain killers throughout the day!

I keep these on hand at all times. I sometimes get horrible period cramps and this works wonders! The price is good for the amount you get. I don’t get any side effects with these. I do recommend these because they last quite a while for me
