Excellent Shoppping Experience

Beautiful rug, great quality and fast shipping. What ore could one ask for? Well, for one thing, NO SMELL when I order rugs directly from Safavieh, unlike other vendors of these same brand rugs where it takes DAYS to get rid of the SMELL, if you can. I love ordering directly from Safavieh. Great customer service!

Color way off!

This is a beautiful rug, however be wary of the color accuracy in the product photos (not Target's fault; this is on the manufacturer). I'll make this rug work, but disappointed that the brand is using obviously edited /filters to represent products. The quality of the rug is excellent, though.

Arrived wet and stinky

Rug arrived wrapped in heavy plastic, however, when I was removing it, one of the end caps of cardboard was very wet. I proceeded to unroll the rug and it became clear that the entire cardboard center was very wet. It was soggy and very smelly. Immediately had to drag it outside due to the smell - which was very difficult (this was 8x10). Now I need to return it which is going to be a pain. No idea why it was wet on the INSIDE when it was fully wrapped in industrial plastic. Very hesistant to reorder as I'm not sure what I'll get.
