Cheap, poor quality. Not worth the price
DO NOT BUY! I ordered four to make lottery scratch tickets for my adult children. Two out of four wobble and you cannot tighten. The looks are not uniform. Some do not even have a space in between to place a card. Some loops have a gap of at least an 1/8 of an inch and is too loose to hold a card. I am stuck with them because it is too late to buy anything else. Now I am taping the cards to the ring. Not happy
