The XTRATUF Sharkbyte gets a “green refresh with an all new upper material made from ECONYL. ECONYL is 100% nylon fiber made from fishnets and other nylon waste. The Sharkbyte deck shoe is lightweight and designed to be versatile enough to wear on and off the boat. It features a rear pull tab for easy on, and a reinforced leather panel at the heel for easy off. They not only look and feel great, but also keep you safe and sure-footed, sharing the same non-marking, slip-resistant chevron outsole as featured on the XTRATUF Legacy Boots. These slip-ons are water resisting.

Shark’ 2 weeks & very happy.

I’ve had the shark’ shoes for two weeks. Surprisingly stylish and comfortable, all I’d hoped for unexpected. Looks & acts as promoted. If these shoes last like my other 1st pair of the same brand now 3 years in & still holding up well with moderate wear I will be most happy.

Not a very cool look

They seem to be well-made, but I really just don’t like them. They just don’t look good with pretty much anything. I bought them because I thought they would be good for nice days on the boat. I think in my opinion if you made them more like vans and less like sketchers, they would look decent and cool. I bought three pairs and I’m not sure what I’m gonna do with them.

Very durable and hide wear well

Durable shoe! This is an update to my previous review. I’ve been wearing 2 pairs of shoes now for over a year and they’ve held up really well. I cycle miles everyday, work in the outdoors, and am very hard on my footwear. These shoes are more durable than a standard Vans-style sneaker in both rubber and upper. I liked them so much that I’ve bought more pairs as backups.

Worth a try. Would probably buy again

I’m used to Vans slip-ons and these are lighter, softer, and the elasticity is a bit less restricting. They are classy looking for dressing slightly up or down. I can’t speak to the durability just yet but 2 months in of biking and field work, they have held up decent. My canvas Vans would have surely started ripping by now. The one area I feel could be the weakest point is the flex point between the fabric and the rubber outer at the pinky toe. There is a little indication that that will give up first.

Great shoes, great recycled material.

Great deck shoes! I wear’em every day , year ‘round here in coastal Virginia. Glad they’re made from recycled fishing nets that don’t go to landfills.

you won't be chasing down bad guys in these

super comfy and lightweight, definitely a low milage step that will wear poorly off decking or softer surface so best deployed as an in&out house slipper/going to the dispensary shoe. will go leather legacy chelsea boot next. bring back the 100% waterproof 'sneaker' you had a few years back and i'll go out and put them on every back of house restaurant worker in north america, i shed tears longing for them

Buy this Deck Shoe

Fits great! Looks great! Perfect for the summer. I wear these to the lake, to the golf course, and around the house. My wife loves them and I have friends asking where I got them. They seem to breathe more than other deck shoes I’ve had in the past.

Comfy, did not last long.

I loved these shoes but they started to fall apart within 5 months, and now I only use them for yardwork. Very comfortable while they lasted, just be prepared that they are not durable.

Almost perfect but need a wider option

Comfortable but the leather piece on the front fell off almost immediately. It's frustrating that these are not available with a wider toe box. I don't like that they cramp my toes.

An okay shoe; though not as nice as the original Sharkbyte...all of your shoes need a better, more supportive insole. I always buy an after market insole for more support.
