Men Men's Chore Mid Western Work Boot Size 5

This is my first pair of muck boots and I couldn't be happier. They are comfortable, practical, and look good for what I wear them for.

I love love love my western chore boots! They look just like a western boot.

I bought these for my husband and he absolutely loves them. He wore them around to “break” them in and said they were extremely comfortable. He was looking for something warm and waterproof that he could wear with his covered stirrups. They fit perfectly!

I live in my Mucks from October to June. My feet are always dry and warm! I have a small working horse ranch and working between horseback and groundwork all day long. Due to the bulk of the toe of muck boots I've always had to change between my muck boots and cowboy boots when I ride. Glad to see they finally came out with a ranch style boot that will save me a lot of hassle. My only complaint is the tread pattern can sometimes be very slippery, especially as they wear.

I just "field tested" my new pair of boots for eight days, on the trail of wily white-tail deer. Climbing into tree stands, hiking, and working around deer camp. Very comfortable to wear after replacing the footbed liner with a thinner gel insole due to my high instep. After wearing them a few days the boots loosened up a bit and fit better. You may want to try them on in a store for width size before purchasing.

great western style mud boot, just wish I went a half size smaller they do run quite big. I wouldn't have known that unless I was in them. I'd recommend to try them on before purchasing.

Standing in the boots they were very comfortable. They seem to have enough cushion and arch support for my taste. However, based on my personal preference on how I want my boot to feel/fit I returned the boots. I decided that I wanted a boot that laced instead. I could feel my heel lift and fall inside the boot when walking. Which is not how I want to work all day. This is the 3rd boot in this style by different manufacturers so as I mentioned it’s nothing to do with the boot.

We just purchased our second pair. My son has had his pair for several months and highly recommended the boots for my husband. My husband loves them. He said they are so comfortable, we'll made and offer protection from any wet weather or sprinklers. We would and will buy them again.

I bought these boots 6 months ago and have put them through the test in rain and mud. Really like the wide toe and they are easier to get on with the side pulls.

Boot looks great and functions well. Keeps my feet dry and comfortable working in the barn.

I was looking for a pair of mid-height rubber boots that i could wear with my sweat pants over the outside to keep the ticks out as I walk in the woods. Wore normal smart wool socks. BY the time I made a day of it in the woods these boot wore through the skin on both of my calf's. I was miserable for a week until they healed. So the only way to use these boots is with the pants inside the boots or those socks that go to your knees. Otherwise the felt good and I could walk all day in them. Bought the non-steel toe version.

I've owned work boots for most of my life. Got my first pair as a young man, and now am an old(er) man. During that time, I've probably tried just about every brand. I never considered muck boots until I started seeing them at rodeo's. Of course I've had rubber boots, and I assumed Muck boots were just fancy rubber boots. Oh was I wrong!!!! I bought the mid western work boot and have worn that thing on many projects. I've walked creeks looking for animals, I've hunted in them, I've spent many hours with them on my feet and they are comfortable. I love that when you're done you can just hose them off. I could do that with leather, but over time the leather would seem to tighten up and it was never really waterproof. My leather boots could handle the occasional step in water, but long term standing in ankle deep - no way my leather boots would hold up for long. These muck boots are the perfect combination of leather and rubber (I am sure they aren't rubber, but some fancy plastic material - I just don't know what it is called). Also, little known boost is that you can fold down the calf portion on a hot day. It doesn't sound like much, but it helps get some air to those dogs when they are sweltering.

I LOVE these boots - they’ve quickly become my go-to boots for mucking and other work around the ranch. They slide on/off easy and are surprisingly cool in the summer heat. I ordered 2 full sizes below my normal tennis shoe fit, fyi.

Not happy about this purchase. The build quality is subpar. Seems as though no quality control

I bought these two months ago and I absolutely love them. Comfortable and they kept your feet dry from weather and sweat.
