    Little too big but wore them anyway

    The boots are bigger than I’d like and got a blister on my heel first time I wore them.

    Excellent traction and foot support

    Great boots. Good strong soles with grippy tread. Great for rough landings on rocky shores, and walking across rocks and rough terrain. The excellent support and foot protection comes at a price, of course. These are relatively heavy and somewhat clunky boots; you're not going to be dancing a jig in them. But if you need waterproof protection and really good foot support for eg in and out of boats on rocky shores or hiking rough terrain, these are your boots!

    Great Mucking Boots!

    These are great boots for mucking about. I love mine because they come all the way up my calf. I would definitely purchase these again if needed. I doubt I would need to though.

    My go-to field boot for 8 months of the year!

    Despite some other reviews, I've had great luck with this boot. I wear these for the majority of my fieldwork in very rugged environments, up and down slopes, through creeks and streams, over rock, mud, and pavements in the Pacific Northwest. My first pair lasted almost 5 years of moderate use. I finally started taking water in through the seams and figure these boots did their fair-share. I'm now onto my second pair. Let's hope they make 'em just as tough as my last pair.

    We bought the Muck Chore Cool Boots. I absolutely love them. Very comfortable, keep my feet dry and at a good temperature. I’m looking forward to buying a pair for the winter time. I also love that they come on and off easy

    Best boots I’ve ever owned!

    These boots are amazing! I’m used to buying boots from the big box stores and they are stiff, uncomfortable, and seem to dry out fairly quickly. My Chore Cool boots are anything but that! These are the first pair of boots I’ve been able to comfortably walk in, even without socks. Always wore long socks to buffer my ankles, but these are comfortable enough to wear barefoot! We have 3 acres and I’d rather wear these than any other of my other shoes…even when the grass is cut and there’s no need!!

    Great durable boot!

    Great durable boot. I love how dirt does not get in from the top and they are so comfortable. I’m a size 6 in women’s and they fit perfectly in a men’s 4.

    Great boots for what I've been using them for.

    So far, I've used them for outdoor walking in the rain, during summer and they're great. The tall hight makes sure water and mud don't splash in. They decently cushion my feet for long walks. Not gonna ruin a marathon in them, but that's not what they were designed for either. They do exactly what I got them for and do it well.

    Loose in the heel

    The boots are comfortable but don't hold my heel in place as well as other models of Muck Boots. I have to walk carefully to avoid blisters.

    Great boots for whatever you step in...

    These are my second pair as the others are now quite worn (after 7 years) and not so water proof, not due to being poorly made, but due to wear and tear. I use them for gardening and animal care, so there is plenty of wet mucky stuff to step in. These boots are perfect for those jobs. They keep my feet dry, comfortable, and protected. Thanks!

    Worth the investment!

    Second pair of these boots. Wish they came in half sizes. We put an insert in them and they fit better though. Freest boot that fits snug to the calf without cutting off circulation. Important if you are weed whacking and don’t want a bunch of grass down your boot! Super comfy and keeps feet cooler than the cheap black boots. If you need to spend the day in work boots, these are the best, definitely worth the price!

    Zero regrets

    As advertised, just a solid boot, well structured with that Vibram sole. The size 10 felt snug out if the box with work socks but they broke in without problem (Redwing 9.5) Good traction and stance on snow, ice and mud. The height is ideal for chores and short distance walks. I've received a few compliments on the looks too which surprised me for rubber boots.

    Not for Work.

    This boot didn’t last 6 days. The sole started to separate and allow water in. The top stitching has already been chaffed and is falling apart. I was better off wearing my 9” leather boots. I build powerlines for a living, we work in rugged environments. These boots cannot handle walking on thick mulch and mud along right of ways. I’m curious how well the EH rated soles hold up, I’d also hate to be the guy testing them. These boots are not dependable if you plan on working in them….. they’ll probably hold up for a golf cart ride to the mail box.
