[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the wood is exceptional. The holes that were to be aligned with each screw were not aligned. I had to bring out my drill and manipulate the holes for the screws to line up. After that minor setback, the bed was complete and enjoyed by my boys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered 2 for our 9 and 11 year old girls. Put both up in around 3 and 1/2 hours total. Good condition, no parts missing, looks like picture. They've only slept in them a few nights but so far we are very pleased. Especially with the space underneath!

Beautiful product love it! We got 2 of those so both my kiddos have a desk area. Really nice quality and easy to assemble!

I bought this for my 8 year old autistic son who still needs me to lay down with him once in a while. I bought it because the weight limit would be more than enough to hold the 2 of us. I also have 2 sides of this up against the wall for extra support. It is not safe. Let me just say that like the previous review said, the screws loosen up very quickly and even tightened it needs an extra support lengthwise on the bottom. I had 2, 50 point kids up there and when they came down they both came down on the far side of the bed at the same time and had I not been standing there to catch it- the whole thing would have fallen down. PLEASE go spend your money on something else. This is NOT safe. ..

Amazing loft beds! I bought them for my boy's room and they were easy to put together. They have given their room so much more room. We love them.

It's a great bed and relatively easy to assemble but a standard twin mattress doesn't fit. The bed is an inch or two short and you have to wedge the mattress in.

I was impressed by the rustic look of this loft bed frame and I love how sturdy and thick the wood is.

This is a great bed. Very sturdy, easy to put together, and it has a classic, clean look. My daughter has a hammock hanging underneath and both the bed and the additional space have brought her much joy. She has a small bedroom, so the built in ladder on the foot rails is an additional space saver. I looked at loft beds for months, but kept returning to this model. Though it may be a bit pricier than other loft beds, the wide planks give this bed great stability, reaffirming my choice.

Got this bed for my 17yr old son who wanted more space in his room. He LOVES it!

My daughter loves it. The bed is well made and makes this mama way more comfortable having my 3 year old high above the ground. Was very easy to put together.

Great bed!! Very solid and can tell it was well made. Purchased for my 10 year old to have more space in his small room and be able to fit his gaming stuff underneath. Took about 5 hours to put together and took 2 people to put together. Only complaint, wish it came with 2 of the larger Allen wrenches. If you want a sturdy safe bed for your child this is the bed!!!!

Purchased for 13 yo son. Easy to put together and so far very sturdy. He's been sleeping on it for about a month and loves it! I love that it feels safe - even with me climbing on it and a super plus, no squeaking like you'd get with a metal frame.

Simple and straightforward assembly with quality solid pine. I really appreciated how easy the instructions were and how few parts there were overall. Our son loves the bed, and it's the centerpiece of his room remodel. Also, the best part is not having a ladder on the front taking up space like most loft beds. Totally unnecessary, and climbing up the sides works great!

Worst furniture painting job I've seen yet. Even though it's supposed to be white thr grain is still clearly seen. It works for a small child but I wouldn't get it for any older or heavier as it sways. Fairly easy to out together though they have a lot of useless holes and bolts that do nothing which is annoying.

This is a quality and sturdy bed - definitely exceeded expectations for the price. We love it. It's being used by my 13 year old and is appropriate for older children.

I spent a long time searching for a twin loft bed that was simply designed without attached desks or shelves, and in the golden wood tone I wanted. My daughter is 8 years old and loves this bed. However I was very disappointed in the discrepancy of color between what is advertised and what I got - it is a much darker brown. I understand the disclaimer that colors can vary between pieces but this is way off. Of course there is no way I was going to return this after waiting weeks for it to be back in stock, not to mention how incredibly heavy it is and how eager my daughter was for her new bed. You'll also notice in the pictures I uploaded that the finishes on the hardware are different than advertised - photo from the site on the left, actual bed on the right. There are no caps to hide any screws. That being said, it is fairly sturdy though does shake a bit, I think that's to be expected despite the hardware being high quality. The metal piece down the middle of the slats makes it nice and strong and we've hung a hammock from it for reading. I like that the ladder doesn't take up extra floor space and the steps are nice and wide. Just be aware that the picture does not match what you'll receive if you want the ""golden pecan"". The last review I submitted did not make it to the website but the company keeps sending emails asking me to review, so I'm taking the time and effort to share again.

This bed smelled terrible. We opened it and let it off gas for two weeks, and it's still bad. It's really hard for me to believe this is GreenGuard certified. We have to sell it, because they won't let us return it. Which, FYI, you can return these beds if you buy them through other sellers. But also, the color is no where near the image online. The "pecan" just looks dirty. We had a bed from M&L a decade ago and we loved it! Not sure what happened.
