Lenses scratch easily.
I have several MJ and these are the only ones I have that scratch easily. I’ve had 2 pairs of these and they both scratched terribly. I’m not sure why but for sure not worth it for the style. Opt for something more sturdy. This is the only style I’ve had lenses scratch issues with. Punch bowl is similar in style. No lense issues

Favorite Sun Glasses
I love, love, love these glasses. Have had them for about 4 years. I am careful but over the years, they have gotten a couple of scratches because accidents happen. I have sent in for new lenses. I went online to buy them in more colors, I was looking for a black pair and would buy other colors as well but it is currently limited to just two colors. As I wait for them to be repaired, I went ahead and purchased the Koki (which so far I really like too, tho harder to rest on top of my head) to add to my collection. My mom and sister also have this style. Looks perfect for our faces. So cute!

Sadly disappointed
I would like to start by saying I own a pair of these that are a couple years old and other than the lens color they my favorite sunglasses! I was excited to get this frame with rose lenses but the fit was uncomfortably smaller than my existing pair and the lenses did not have the rose tint i was hoping for. I actually couldn’t tell a difference between the lenses . I sadly had to return them.

Easily Scratched
Really love the look of these sunglasses. The problem is the lenses scratch to easily. I’ve had them repaired once and now they’re scratched again. I’m very careful with my glasses especially after the first time they got scratched. I have another style of MJ and have never had this issue.

Just bought a new pair of sunglasses as I wanted these frames with the maui rose as I love my punch bowl with the maui rose. I was very sad to see that when my new pair of nalani arrived it did not gave the same effect/color as my maui rose punch bowl. In fact they don't even look like they are maui rise as they don't look anything like the picture of maui rose when I customized this pair. I wish there was a way the website would let you customize to bi-gradient lenses when customizing.

Second Pair, Same Style
I bought these a few years ago, to wear at my wedding. That pair has gotten scratched up to the point that I needed to sunglasses. Maui Jims are the only brand of polarized lenses that don't give me a headache. I didn't find a new style that I liked enough, so I bought the same style again. Love them!

I love these sunglasses, superb optics, look good, feel good on too. I also like the collapsible case that is very handy to store while wearing the sunglasses, and good protection for keeping them safe when not wearing. I would definitely recommend the Maui Jim Nalani to anyone who cares about good vision, eye protection and style.

This will be my last pair of Maui Jim’s
Very disappointed. I’ve been getting Maui Jim’s for years (at least 5) and I’ve noticed the quality going down recently. This pair just confirmed that. They no longer have spring hinges, and these just feel cheap. They’re lighter than my others and remind me of a no-name pair. I only gave them the 3 stars for the lenses. Those are great but the frames leave a lot to be desired for the money.
