Customer service for this product is nonexistent. The emails provided do not accept in coming emails, the phone number provided is for "bicycles and scooters". Found this same item on Amazon with a different email contact. Was able to contact that email, they forwarded my info to the division of their company that handles product "issues". That division contacted me via email. I was unable to reply as that email address does not receive emails. I still have a defective part on this swing. It's a nice swing but the company selling it through Target stinks.
