Definite improvement in my mood and health.

These have definitely helped with my energy level and overall health. As part of my daily vitamin intake i have felt a difference in my mood, energy, and body over the last 4 weeks. I definitely recommend for people looking to improve their health.

Gentle on stomach

I typically take a multi vitamin but during a certain time of yeah I will take additional pills to supplement my dietary needs based on bloodwork. These pills are gentle on my stomach no strong garlic smell or even adverse taste. I noticed no discomfort from taking the pill with, or even without food. I prefer to take a pill with at least 8 oz pf water to assist with breakdown in my stomach. This pill is a great supplement for all year round heart health while assisting with circulation depending on need its fine to take in the morning or at night with no problems.

Take your garlic supplement without smelling like it

I found this supplements to be easy take ( can be taken with food) as well as easy on the gut so far no heartburn, upset stomach, gas (flatulence), nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea or other side effects. This supplement has not lead to garlic breath or body odor. In my opinion that is a win that you can get heart , antioxidant and blood clotting support without smelling like it. I also love that this supplement is natural and does not contain many of the common food allergens or extra colors, sweeteners/ sugars, flavors or other chemical preservatives. It does however, contain soybean oil so if you are sensitive to soy, be aware. I have only been taking these for a few days , so far no issues and I think it is still a bit early to see much effect

Size is great

I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. What I especially like about this vitamin is the size. It's small and easy to swallow. Not sure if I'm receiving any benefits from taking it.
