Lovely rug but the Blue/Beige is not blue, reads as gray and the darker bits as black. If you squint you could argue a blueish gray.

Just ok

I had to move this to a guest bedroom. It just wasnt soft underfoot and felt a bit more rough and uilitarian. Weird foot feel and not cozy wool like Im used to. Durable though!

Horrible customer service & carpet

The carpet sheds non-stop, and the backing came off after 3 months of use. Clearly, I treat my rugs well, putting rug pads underneath and vacuuming almost every day to clean up the shedding. When the carpet fell apart, I tried to get a refund or credit from Target, but it wasn't allowed because it was outside of the return window. Even worse, customer service, instead of trying to find a solution, decided to treat me like crap and disabled my account without my full authorization. They enabled it once I told them I would return everything within the return window if I was treated like this; magically, it was quickly enabled.

To reduce excessive shedding, we recommend vacuuming your new rug 1-2 times per week in the direction of the pile with the beater bars disengaged. Shedding should diminish within several weeks after.
