Infused with brown sugar and a hint of salt, our Banana Bread is both irresistibly dense and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. For years, Jo has been making this quick bread for her kids as an after-school treat. Not just reserved for breakfast, you can serve up our Banana Bread morning, noon, or night!
Directions:
To Thaw:
Remove the loaf from the freezer, leaving it in the plastic film, and thaw at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
To Warm:
Oven: Place oven rack in the middle position and preheat to 350°F. Remove the plastic film from the thawed loaf, cover with foil, and place on oven-safe tray. Bake for 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
Microwave: (microwave ovens may vary) Remove plastic film and place entire thawed loaf (in its pan) in the microwave. Heat for 1 ½- 2 minutes. Or, heat single slices of the thawed loaf in 10 second intervals.
If warming from frozen, remove plastic film and place entire frozen loaf (in its pan) in the microwave. Heat for 2 ½ - 3 minutes. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Store leftover banana bread at room temperature, covered, for up to 3-4 days.

Q: Why does it have a highly inflammatory seed oil - canola oil? Definitely not a wholesome after school snack for our kids. Not what anyone should be eating.

Needs to be out before baking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay I love the quality of this banana bread and that it comes in a baking dish so that part is great for convenience. However I did not notice that I had to leave it out for 3-4 hours before baking and then bake it covered so I left it out one hour and baked uncovered as I was on a time crunch and it lost a touch of moisture

4hr defrost time, small, tastes like store bought
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the name “after school banana bread” and it was very quick and easy to make, I’ll give it that. I was surprised that it was already baked banana bread when I opened the package. I also didn’t realize there was such a long defrost time so I wasn’t able to take this to my intended function, which really aggravated me. When I did eventually bake it later, I felt like the texture was too homogeneous but it’s fine for snacking on by myself or for treating small children. I liked that the oven safe box can be ripped apart to get the full loaf out easily and seems to be compostable.

Easy breakfast for the family!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it’s not quite as good as homemade (the banana taste isn’t as strong as I prefer), it was an easy breakfast to have on hand while the kids were home on winter break. The prep was simple- thaw and bake- and everyone ate it without complaints. I personally like a bit more texture to my banana bread, but will purchase again if I need a quick, filling breakfast.

Very good!! Tastes homemade.

If compared to a loaf of homemade bread, a person wouldn’t be able to which was home made and which was baked from frozen. That is the only downfall of the product. It is required that the bread is defrosted for 2 to 3 hours. I made the mistake of getting it out of the freezer thinking I could pop it right in the oven. However that it is not the case. Other than that, it was good. It is pricey though.

Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This banana bread tastes so delicious. It's super moist and the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Although I do enjoy making banana bread from scratch it's so convenient to just pop this in the oven and still get a homemade tasting banana bread in the end. And this one comes with a lot less dishes, which I appreciate. This is a high quality banana bread that I'm sure I will be purchasing again.

Moist and Delicious Banana Bread Treat!

The texture was perfectly moist and soft, with a rich banana flavor that tasted homemade rather than frozen. It warmed up beautifully and made the perfect quick snack with tea or coffee. It’s pretty good. Nice flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This banana bread was a great addition to our weekend breakfast. It has a nice flavor, no nuts included. I would definitely butter the bread for some extra yumminess. my favorite part is that you can bake or microwave the bread inside the tray that it is packaged in, which makes it very convenient. My kiddos enjoyed this tasty treat!

Convenient and pretty tasty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good homemade banana bread but sometimes I just want something easy and convenient I can just put in the oven and take out, ready to be eaten. You don't have to wait the 3-4 hours to thaw if you use the microwave though I did use the oven. Im not sure if there would be a taste or texture difference if i used the microwave.I think the taste is pretty good, not quite homemade but still tasty. A day after making the bread my dad came by and he loved it. He said it's not too sweet and tastes very good. He was very happy I packed up the rest of the loaf for him to enjoy at home.

Magnolia banana bread feels homemade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Magnolia banana bread tonight and it’s really good! I left it out for a few hours to thaw and then baked it for 30 minutes. I chose to bake it in a metal bread loaf tray but I could’ve left it in the cardboard. It came out so good! The crust was good and the middle of the bread was soft. A warm piece with butter is such a treat!

Delicious Banana Bread!!!

It is super convenient to make, it doesn't take long at all. It's extremely moist and chewy. It does not have an overpowering banana flavor, which is perfect for those who aren't fond of strong banana flavors. It pairs perfectly with peanut butter. I definitely recommend this!!

Delicious and easy banana bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great to have on hand so that when someone comes over you can just pop in the oven, it makes your house smell like fresh baked goods and no mess to clean up. I will say that the banana taste was fainted than I liked but it was overall good and I appreciate the cardboard loaf pan. I paired with vanilla ice cream and it was great.

Best Frozen Banana Bread Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This banana bread is the best tasting frozen banana bread I’ve ever had. It’s so easy to throw in the oven then cut up and serve. It doesn’t taste like it’s ever been frozen. It’s such a delicious treat, all you need to do is add a little but to spice it up just a bit. It’s very soft and moist once cooked!

A solid banana bread from frozen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really enjoyed the taste of this loaf of banana bread. It was the perfect ratio of sweetness and banana. I was thrown off by how long you are intructed to thaw it first so keep that in mind, it’ll take longer to warm up than maybe what you were planning for. Besides that, it was conviently baked in the paper box container it arrived in.

Yummy Frozen Banana Bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yum! If you like simple and tasty banana bread, then try this! Just beware you have to thaw it for three to four house prior to baking! I'm unsure if I baked them the fully correct way (instructions didn't mention if the bread should stay in the tray it came in or not), but it came out good nonetheless!

Nice moist not dense bread/loaf
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this banana loaf was fluffy and light not heavy and dense so it can go nicely for a breakfast or anytime snack and even a desert I like that it isn’t overly sweet or tasted like it was full of preservatives. The flavor was mild and the banana flavor was accentuated with a little bit of whip cream to make it a nice light desert that doesn’t feel like you over indulged with sugar overload

Tastes homemade - delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delicious and homey. Tastes like if I baked it at home and had an authentic and natural taste to it - did not feel artificial at all. I liked that it had no nuts for my nut allergic kiddo who rarely gets to eat banana bread. I like that you can slice a piece and heat or do the whole loaf - helpful if you don’t have a big family.

Magnolia table banana bread review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The magnolia table banana bread was a nice treat. It has the right amount of flavors without being too over powered with sugar or banana flavor. We are it warm out of the oven with a little bit of butter. The only drawback we thought worth mentioning was the price, it seems a bit steep for a relatively small loaf.

Mediocre and inconvenient banana bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this line of products because they all use real ingredients (real butter, real eggs, etc). I don't mind paying the higher price for some of the other products because the convenience of the frozen product outweighs the cost. Not the case for me on this banana bread. First, you have to let it defrost for 3-4 hours before putting it in the oven. I can make a fresh loaf from scratch in a fraction of that time, so there goes the convenience factor. It was impossible to get it out without completly desecrating it. On top of that, the flavor was basically non-existent -- it is a very bland loaf of bread. My kids have never met a loaf of banana bread they didn't like before this. Two stars since I appreciate the quality ingredients, but ultimately I won't be buying again.
